Business Programs

Bricks for Business

LEGO inspires children to ‘build their dreams’, so perhaps adults could also utilise these plastic bricks to build visions for business strategy.

The Toy Brick Recycling Company uses the insights of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method and has adapted them to create the Bricks for Business program, a hands-on language for business.

Bricks for Business will allow your employees to form and organise new thoughts, enhancing innovation and performance in a business setting. Using building activities, supported by a reflective process and effective dialogue, Bricks for Business lets your business instil in your employees a deeper meaningful understanding of the business and its possibilities.

Our facilitators will lead participants though activities requiring them to build models using plastic bricks as solutions to real-life problems. The models will then function as a focus for discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving and decision making.

The LEGO Serious Play method has proven useful in a variety of organizational, team and personal challenges including strategy development, mergers, team development, market exploration and other organizational change and renewal processes.
